EnviroBate Inc. is a full service environmental remediation and demolition contractor, specializing in hazardous materials remediation.

Established in 2005, the management team of EnviroBate Inc. has over 50 years of combined service in the environmental clean-up and demolition business, focusing heavily on the removal of: asbestos, lead dust, lead paint, heavy metal dust, infectious control, mould & fungus (microbial Decontamination).

In 2006, EnviroBate Inc. established their Selective & Full-scale Demolition Division, offering our customers, a more well-rounded and full-service business, which compliments our Hazardous Remediation Business Division, which in-turn reduces the costs and minimizes problems for our clients.

Building envelopes and insulation systems have been around for centuries, until spray-applied polyurethane foam was introduced back in the 1960’s, the effectiveness of insulation has never been surpassed. Polyurethane foam insulation expands around every void and seals all air infiltration, the primary source of energy loss. Indoor temperatures stay constant, allowing the decreased use of heat or air conditioning. This translates to savings on utility bills and extends the life of your heating and cooling equipment by 4 times resulting in premium indoor air quality (IAQ).  Dust, fiber, pollen and other pollutants have no way in.

President

Mr. MacDonald is Co-Owner and President of EnviroBate Inc. With over 25 years of progressive experience in all aspects of the Environmental Remediation, Demolition and Sprayed Applied Polyurethane Foam.

He has a proven record of consistent delivery of on time and on budget projects, while maintaining an impeccable reputation for fairness, integrity and professionalism.

As President, Robert is directly involved with the overall Corporate Administration, Estimating, Tendering, Negotiations, Project Management, Quality Control, Customer Relations, and Business Development.

Karl Lang
Vice President

Mr. Lang is Co-Owner and Vice President of EnviroBate Inc. With over 27 years of Field experience as it relates to Environmental Remediation, Demolition and Sprayed Applied Polyurethane Foam.

Karl has successfully performed several projects from a wide range of clients ranging from Industrial Pulp Mills, Refinery’s, Aircraft Hangers, Office Buildings, Hospitals and Homes.

Karl is very highly respected within the industry; he provides the highest level of service, integrity and professionalism while ensuring the client’s deliverables are maintained.

As Vice President, Karl is directly responsible for Estimating and Project Management.
